Ubigi has been around for years, and its Turkey plans are reasonably priced. Blue eSIM is cheaper still, at every size most travellers buy.

We checked Ubigi's prices on its own product pages in October 2026. Ubigi lists prices in US dollars and we list ours in euros. One euro is worth a little more than one dollar, so we compare plan sizes where Blue eSIM stays cheaper either way.

Turkey: what you pay

DataBlue eSIMUbigi
1 GB, 7 days€1.79$3
3 GB, 30 days€3.79$6
10 GB, 30 days€8.45$13

For a month in Turkey with 10 GB, that's €8.45 against $13. Small differences on one trip, but they add up if you travel often or buy for the family.

Install before you fly

Ubigi's own Turkey pages say its app and website can't be reached from inside Turkey, so you need to sort everything out before you travel. That's good advice for any eSIM, ours included: install it at home on Wi-Fi, and it connects when you land.

With Blue eSIM, the plan only starts when it first connects in Turkey, and you have up to 175 days after buying to install it. So buy it when you book your flight and forget about it until you arrive.

On recent iPhones, the Blue eSIM app installs the eSIM with one tap.

Networks and hotspot

Ubigi's Turkey plans list Türk Telekom and Turkcell. Our Turkey plan runs on Vodafone Turkey, with 5G where available. All three cover the cities and the coast well. Hotspot is allowed on every Blue eSIM plan, with no daily cap.
